setsockopt IPTOS_LOWDELAY: Invalid argument

Hi, thanks for the prompt response.  I am using ssh.exe (symbolically linked
to ssh1.exe) that comes with Cygwin 1.1.7.  Is there a newer version of
OpenSSH that I can download?
