Inadvertent mail blockage

I went a little overboard in blocking the pernicious email virus that is
showing up in numerous mailing lists and ended up blocking valid email.

The problem should be fixed now.  Send mail to the appropriate place
(i.e., not me personally) if you have problems sending email.
