Apologies [Re: ruby-1.6.4 on cygwin]

I apologize for any confusion I made.  I noticed that tcltklib extension
was not built on my system.  I simply thought everything compiled fine
since I didn't receive any error message throughout the compilation
process.

Sorry I was being a bit thoughtless.

The problem of the original poster's should still remain.
