[Users Guide] BOOK DTD?

I didn't see anything that seemed likely to be the BOOK DTD to which the
*.sgml files is written. I generally use Xemacs/psgml for this sort of
work and it's nice to have the dtd file around. Could it [please] be put
up on the /src/doc/ tree?
