Problem while installing Cygwin

I know Chris.
All they have is b18, b19, and b20.
None of the new stuff.
Too bad.
They have two mirrors there, one of them being sources.Cygnus.com

Indeed.  I have been trying for more than six months to get this mirror
to either go away or update their site.

It just occurred to me that the cygnus.com domain must be controlled by
Red Hat, so I should be able to have someone remove the "go" machine from
our domain, at least.
