win98 and xfree

I can't believe that you actually have been to the XFree86 web page,
you've quoted email from the cygwin-xfree mailing list, and you
still sent email to the wrong place.

Go back to the XFree86 mailing list and carefully check for the
right place to send this request.

When you do send it, you might consider cutting down on the extra
question marks which sort of give the impression that you are annoyed
and demanding something.
