Is GNU GCJ part of Cygwin GCC?

Hi,

Could you let me know if GCC within Cygwin supports the GNU GCJ.  As I
understand it, the GNU GCC does, by that's for LINUX.  I unfortunately have
to use WIN-NT, (could be worse I suppose, could be forces to use Win95/98)
