perl 5.6.1-TRIAL3 won't install

I will rebuild, re-test with perl harness, and post the results so that
someone more talented than I may be able to fix the problems.

Duh! I downloaded the source for 5.6.1-1 and read the part about

	make install.perl

Installation is now OK
