makeing PVM 3.4.3 in cygwin 1.3.1 ?

Hello!
I try to make PVM 3.4.3 in cygwin 1.3.1, but got this error message:

I checked the old mail, and see that something I got to do with rpc, but
I can not find the right one, so if anybody successfully make the pvm in cygwin,
please tell me how to do that.
