1.1.9: bug report for sscanf

On 1th of may 
I download the complete cygwin and installed it . 
The first thing I 
try to do is to compile an easy program, that is running correctly under Tru64 
Unix.
I think, I 
find in error in the sscanf-function of cygwin 
implementation
 
The attachement 
includes the cygcheck.out and a little testprogram to show the results of this 
error ?!!
