setup.exe 2.57

I noticed that if I used two different download sites while downloading the
pakcage, automake, perl do not get included.
Three or four files get skipped.

Hi, setup.exe 2.57 doesn't want to display package names for me.  It's just
an empty column.  Anyone else seeing this problem?
