Beta setup.exe, src checkbox and "new" column

Sounds good. The one thing that I really think is necessary is that
the popup be displayed to the user only once. I could handle the popup
once per invocation of setup.exe, but once in the user's lifetime
would probably be better. Otherwise it will really be a pain for
people who know what the Src checkbox is for and need to get the
source.
