Error by starting cygwin

Hello All

I just re-installed CYGWIN from scratch with all the latest release and I
get following error just by starting the Cygwin Icon :

0 [main] bash 517 fhandler_base::dup: dup(/dev/tty) failed, handle B, Win32
error 87

Can somedy Help me ?
