compiling togl

I nave placed a readme and a Makefile.cyg for Togl at
http://www.vso.cape.com/~nhv/files/cygwin/togl
Note you will need to have the X11 headers from the tcl/tk sources
I have placed a zip of just these headers in the parent directory
