1.3.2 Problem tarring/untarring shortcuts

This email is a confirmation that the problem noted below with tar files and
shortcuts has indeed been fixed in the 
Cygwin1.dll version 1.3.3 .  I've tested the example below (and many other
samples) and they all now work 
properly.  Great job, thanks very much for your efforts!
