SSH setup documentation (was Re: running ssh server under WinXP)

This is half true. tech.erdelynet.com does have instructions
for setting up a minimum installation of cygwin needed for
use with ssh (but this includes bash), with a warning that the cygwin
community will not support such a configuration.

But it also has instructions for doing a full cygwin
install with setup.exe. And the Cygwin ssh instructions
are valid for a full or unsupported minimum install.

Your mouse has moved.
Windows NT must be restarted for the change to take effect.
Reboot now? [OK]
