win32 fopen64 Question

Hello,
I have a couple of programs that will not compile on (win32) cygwin due to an
fopen64 error.  I have tried adding the flags -D_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE AND
-DHAVE_OPEN64 but neither one works.
Can anyone help me with this???
