CYGWIN1.DLL fails when called from TextPad

Hi Clive,

TextPad's my favorite too, but I've had similar weird interactions between
it and other programs (though not the particular one you report, never tried
it).  Are you using the latest TextPad version, 4.5?  It seems to have much
fewer of these problems.
