Periodic plea for someone to work on cygwin docs

I really need someone who can own this.  If you can master CVS and sgml,
it's yours.

CVS, at least is no big deal.  Many people on this list can help you with
this.  There is also some information at the cygwin web page.

Documents on SGML should be available on the web somewhere, I would think.

This is the usual sticking point, however.  People often step forward to
volunteer but are immediately daunted by the technical details.

I'd rather not have to provide active guidance about CVS usage and I can't
provide any guidance at all about sgml.  Having looked at Cygwin's use
of sgml, I can say that it seems pretty intuitive, though.

Maybe I'm in beggars-can't-be-choosers mode but I would really rather
that the documentation efforts not have to involve me overly much.
