Can't build openssl 0.9.6b in cygwin, winmain@16 undefined error.

Dear all,

  I want to build openssl 0.9.6b in cygwin under
win2k. 

  I got error when building /test directory .

root@XX /cygdrive/c/learning/openssl-0.9.6b/test
$ make
