Backslashes on japanese Windows NT

'\' is equivalent to backslash in Japanese Windows.
And, there is even a escape character of shell in '\\'.
Therefore, you must write '\\'.

example)
$ cd /
$ pwd
/
$ cygpath -w /
c:\ap\cygwin
$ cygpath -u c:\\ap\\cygwin
/
$
