install process hangs on when run under windows 98 (using setup v 2.249.2.4)

When you reach that last DOS box and the system appears to hang, type 
ctrl-C.  Also, look in the c:\cygwin directory and see if a Cygwin.bat file
has been created.  If so, you can use it to get started.
