Hi,

Okay, I'm knuckle-headed. Consider this example:

gcc-2 -mno-cygwin hello.c

No trouble, an a.exe containing a Hello, World!

gcc -mno-cygwin hello.c

gcc: installation problem, cannot exec `cc1': No such file or directory

Alright, then, add /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-cygwin/3.1.1/ to the end of the
$PATH

ld: cannot open crt2.o: No such file or directory

At which point I am stumped. What am I, knucklehead that I am, missing?

Shawn
