compile error

I compile the following assembler in linux, gives no
error,  but when I compile it in cygwin( last update,
as version is GNU assembler version 2.12.90
(i686-pc-cygwin) using BFD version 2.12.90 2002070
6 ) which gives these errors:

$ as ptr.S
