command to automatically login/out

I got Cygwin (http://cygwin.com) installed on my PC, is there a command to
login/out (acc/passwd required) a UNIX machine automatically with a script?

My aim is to automatically log-on UNIX and do something there and then log
off. Yes 'do something' is included in the script.  Thanks in advance
