numerous bugs i've found in cygwin while developing XEmacs

The faq says that we should submit bug reports with the name of the
application + version in the subject line.  My intention was to address an
issue with the latest version of the cygwin core that I compiled from cvs
sources.  I'm sorry for any confusion this caused, should I use a
different naming schema in the future?
