cygwin download incomplete - try again - loop?

Thanks, 2.249.2.1 seems to work fine for downloading what I said, but when I
use it to install from my local directory, it crashes "Instruction at
"0x00434679" referenced memory at "0x000000000". The memory could not be
"read".

Hello Ralf,

Try a snapshot version of the installer. You can get one from
http://www.cygwin.com/setup-snapshots. The latest binary
there is setup-2.249.2.1.exe
