[BUG] libgetopt++ (CVS HEAD) - autotools bootstrap failiure

Yah, it's a recent correction in autotools behaviour. The correct fix
hasn't been checked in yet (sorry).

AUTOMAKE_OPTIONS = dist-bzip2 subdir-objects 1.5
