binutils-20020616-1 test version available

Okay, I just found five minutes free to run the cygwin / new binutils
combination through the mingw gdb. I've attached a log of the
backtrace out of running bash.

BTW what I recompiled with the new binutils was newlib + winsup, i.e.
the whole lot.

HTH.  I'll have another look tomorrow if need be.
