setup right scroll bar gone....

I've seen this a couple of times before.  I start a new version of setup and
the right hand scroll bar is missing until I reset my font to itsy-bitsy.
then another version of Setup comes out and it's back to "normal" .   I just
downloaded the latest setup and the scroll bar is gone again.  Is there
another solution other than to resize my fonts (requiring a reboot)?
