cygwin1.dll snapshot update

Sorry this took so long.  The snashot that I downloaded at 5:30 CST
worked successfully.  Cygwin window opened normally.

Took me a bit because, for some reason, something had wiped out my
libx11.dll, probably some idiot named Wayne.  But, X stuff appears
also to be nominal.
