setup.exe fails to find mirrors

If your behind a router (big pipe ------ :) it wont take long... Just goto a
mirror like sources.redhat.com and download the packages you want/need into
a dir. Run setup once downloaded and choose install from local dir, and
chhose the dir you dl'd to. It should start to install...
