GCC- Error

Hi,
After installing the cygwin program, I tried to compile a simple hello.c
program to confirm its working. The error I encountered is captured below.
Looking at the error I think  a User32 dll or some user32 support file is
missing. When I looked into the Cygwin Package
List(http://www.cygwin.com/packages/)under gcc  pakages list User32 is not
listed. 
I visited your site to find out if there are some help on this issue, the
suggestions are to reinstall the entire package and check if the w32api
package was downloaded and installed(which I find is done).I am unable to
get more details from there site except for a similar issue been reported by
another user (reported today).
Please let me know the solution.

$ gcc hello.c -o hello.exe
