Internal compiler error while compiling shm.cc from winsup/cygwin

Do you have cygipc installed? It could be colliding with it's provided
header in /usr/local/include/sys/shm.h or /usr/include/sys/shm.h

Also, if you want to build the shm code, don't forget to patch newlib.
