Problem with setup

Hi

I'm having a problem with the current release version of setup (i.e. that
linked to from the webpage).  Whenever i try and do either a clean install
via download from internet, or install from internet, or even just update
packages, I get recurrent "Download incomplete messages" and the setup
fails. Any ideas?
