Not a problem.  I've been using cygwin and my own build of zsh for
development at work and home for some time and I felt it was only right
to contribute to it.

I thought about this but at the time I didn't know if I should craft one
myself or have people to create their own instead.  Since zsh groks
bash's /etc/profile, I figured this was the easiest approach.  I, myself,
have a heavily modified /etc/profile, and wouldn't wish it on someone
else :) Perhaps for the next release I'll provide a real /etc/zprofile.
