Cygwin bug

[Godless Infidel]

The Cygwin SETUP.EXE does not allow installations into directories
on SMB servers that are not mapped to Windows drive letters (eg,
"\\myhost\cygwin").  The Cygwin SETUP.EXE requires a path that begins
with a drive letter.
