Latest Bison causes SaveMyModem build to to choke

Folks,
An update on the bison 1.75 problem in SaveMyModem.  I
cannot see an obvious bug in parse.yy.  Maybe someone
can point something out.  I would like to be able to
use the latest cygwin tools.  Thanks in advance
