ghostscript 7 & textmounts

i reported this bug some time ago:
ghostscript 7.05 does not work properly if cygwin is configured to 
enable textmode-conversations

chris faylor already suggested to link against binmode.o (i don't know 
if this is an easy step, but it sounds easy)

the ghostscript-maintainer should take care of this "bug".
