TAPI

[Philip D'Ath]

	I have just finished writing a TAPI application in cygwin.

	I thought the task was going to be relatively quick, until I
discovered the lack of [adequate] TAPI support.
	So I spent a couple of days writing a new def file and header.

	I'd like to contribute these to save some poor other person
going through the pain I had to experience.
	What is the best address to send these two files to?
