output of cygcheck -s -v -r

This from Felix
I found cygcheck.exe and gcc.exe from cygwin/bin/
Also, I download it from internet to my d drive,
then install into my c drive then 
 
Under the "Select Packages" page, I click the "view"
button to "Full". Then I select the following packages

gcc 3.2-3, gsl 1.3-1
