 You might consider downloading either of:
	a) Outpost Personal Firewall, www.agnitum.com
	b) Kerio Personal Firewall 2, www.kerio.com

Both: Free download, according to...
Recomendations come from the Swedish consumer information service
(radron@konsumentverket.se, www.radron.se). They publish a thin mag (in
Swedish) ten times a year - containing product tests and such.

The March 2003 issue had a test on antivirus and firewall software. a) and
b) were the best firewalls according to the test, where b) got a slightly
better grade on IP-blocking.
Beating 'McAfee Internet Security 5' and 'Norton Internet Security 2003'
slightly in firewalling; among other things - on speed.

<SIDENOTE>
 The same test selected Kaspersky Antivirus Titanium, www.kaspersky.com as
the prime antivirus software, with 100% grades all over (11 grades), except
for user friendliness (grade 4 out of 5, the same as the rest of the pack).
675 SEK -> 675/9.25 for USD.
