problem with openssh install

The setup version is the one currently at the website. There was no ssh
process running. There were no warning at all, neither on screen or on the
setup.log file. No request to reboot either.

Did you have an ssh process running at the time of upgrade?  Did setup warn
you about in-use files and the need to reboot?  Did you reboot? Which
version of setup did you use?
