Problem building ddd on cygwin

Use the old gcc-2 and it will compile.  DDD has lost its maintainer and
has not kept up with c++ standards that the new gcc impliments.

Even after compiling, though, I have had troubles getting it to work.  It
just goes into an infinate loop talking to gdb.  I haven't tried very hard
to debug it, though.
