What is cyggdk.dll

Well, I got them from Sourceforge (the same place I got Cygwin).  Maybe
I will scour the readme files again.  Didn't see anything the first time
through but I guess I am getting old and may have missed it. :-)

Neither "dillo", nor "gaim" are part of the standard Cygwin
distribution. If you got them from somewhere other than the official
Cygwin mirrors, you might have better luck contacting the mailing lists
set up for those programs, if they exist, or the maintainers of those
programs directly.
