<w32api/sql.h> broken?

I just tried compiling:

#include <windows.h>
#include <sql.h>

int main() { return 0; }

with: gcc -mno-cygwin

and it worked fine. So it's a conflict with the cygwin headers
sqltypes.h somewhere, I'll try to figure it out.
