Obtaining a pervious version

Ok.  This version just changes the name of the DLL from cygwin1.dll
to xygwin1.dll.  They didn't even go to the effort of changing the
name of the shared memory region.  If they had done that you
wouldn't be getting the "two versions of cygwin errors".

Oh well.
