arrow keys under mc via SSH with PuTTY

Does you CYGWIN environment variable contain a 'tty' bit in it? Like:

[elfyn@webdev]:{884}:% echo $CYGWIN
binmode ntsec ntea tty
[elfyn@webdev]:{885}:%

That may be the problem, then again ;-)
