GDB Insight not running

"gdb -w" and "insight -nw" will no longer work. (Well, for a little
while, at least...) You'll need to use "gdb -i=insight" and "insight
-i=console" instead. I'll see about getting something in that causes
"-nw" to mean "-i=console".
