1.3.18: rlogin crash

I noticed that if you launch rlogin from within an rlogin session, you get a
segmentation fault.

i.e.  rlogin to computer A, then while logged in to computer A, rlogin to
computer B (both running cygwin).

Running 1.3.18 under windows 2000 pro workstation.
